The purpose of OPUS is to support Person-to-Person through fundraising efforts and public awareness. Person-to-Person is a volunteer driven, Darien-based community agency that, through a sharing of goods and talents, responds to our neighbors who lack basic human necessities and/or resources to improve their lives. Person-to-Person provides rapid response to client emergencies as well as access to interconnected services that support their client's journeys toward self-sufficiency. These services include practical help, advocacy and education. As a non-profit agency, Person-to-Person serves more than 24,000 people annually in the greater Stamford/Norwalk area.
